Sameer Amini has spent more than a decade on the inside of Ontario real estate, in roles that most people only see from the outside. He has been Broker of Record, Managing Broker, and Director of Operations. He has built compliance systems, written internal policy, trained agent cohorts, and rebuilt operational processes from the ground up.
